British-born Australian serial killer, John Wayne Glover sentenced for the killings of six elderly ladies on Sydney’s North Shore. For which, he was named the “Granny Killer”. In 1990, he admitted to the homicides and was sentenced to sequential terms of life imprisonment without any chance of parole. In 2005, he hanged himself in jail.
